DPAS rating is like a credit score for defense contractors, showing how well they manage priority orders for national security projects. It's assigned by the government to ensure critical supplies and materials get to the right place on time, especially during emergencies. A good rating means a contractor is reliable with defense orders, while a low one might signal trouble allocating resources.
