같은 학교 문화콘텐츠문화경영학과 1학년 학생은 “용비용을 벌고 싶어 기간제 아르바이트를 구하려고 해도 하기 불편한 상태”이라며 “최근에는 편의점과 식당에 장시간 일하다가 매장 사정으로 인해 어쩔 수 없이 일을 그만두게 된 친구들도 늘어났다”고 말했다.
상세 사유를 살펴 보면 △주휴수당 미지급이 23.1%로 가장 많았다. 또 △임금체불이 14.7%, △최저임금 위반이 12.5%를 차지했다. 이번년도 등록된 알바몬 노무상담 요청 중 코로나(COVID-19) 직후 ‘휴업에 따른 급여 삭감, ‘해고 등 ‘코로나 연관 신청이 총 347건, 9%에 달했다.
