<p>모바일 소액결제는 당월 이용한 결제 금액이 모바일 요금으로 빠져나가는 구조다. 결제월과 취소월이와 같은 경우 스마트폰 요금에서 미청구되고 승인 취소가 가능하다. 그러나 결제월과 취소월이 다를 경우에는 스마트폰 요금에서 이미 출금됐기 덕분에 승인 취소가 불가하다.</p>

<p>22일 업계의 말을 인용하면 쿠팡(대표 김범석), 위메프(대표 박은상), 티몬(대표 유한익) 등의 소셜커머스와 대형 온,오프라인몰인 LF(대표 오규식), 신세계인터내셔널(대표 차정호) 등은 모바일 소액결제 후 취소 시 결제월과 취소월이 다르더라도 계좌로 현금을 우선 지급하고 있다.</p>

<p>안00씨는 지난해 7월 15일 통영 한 거리에서 30대 피해자가 작업대출을 위해 유00씨의 동생에게 소액결제를 하게 하는 등 약 830만 원에 이르는 빚을 발생시키자 B씨와 함께 비용을 받기 위해 주먹 등으로 수차례 폭행한 혐의 등으로 기소됐다.</p>

<p>온라인 쇼핑몰에서 모바일 소액결제로 주문한 제품에 대한 환불 방식이 오픈마켓과 소셜커머스 등 유통채널에 맞게 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 오픈마켓은 '포인트'로 환불 해주는 반면 소셜커머스와 대형 온/오프라인몰은 계좌로 '현금' 지급하고 있습니다.</p>
